Mitch Jacobs, Founder and CEO of Fanbank, has been creating companies that serve Main Street businesses for 25 years. His first two fintech ventures were both sold to public companies and his last, OnDeck, was New York’s largest venture-backed IPO when it went public in 2014. Mitch's companies have twice been named to the Inc. 500 and Forbes’ list of most promising companies.
Today, Mitch creates scalable solutions for Main Street businesses through his incubator, TechOnMain. Fanbank, TechOnMain’s most significant venture, unleashes payment, mobile, and social technology innovations to level the playing field between Main Street businesses and their Wall Street–backed counterparts. Mitch is also Co-Founder and Chairperson of the Bank of Main Street and Banking Forward.
Rachel has successfully executed business strategies for organizations ranging from seed stage to large enterprise. She has managed multi-billion dollar businesses, raised equity and debt financing in excess of $650M and overseen operating budgets from $50k to over $500M.
She has a BA in Political Science and an MBA from Baylor University. Rachel also serves as an Advisory Board member to Pearachute and is a member of the Women's Council at the Leeds School of Business, CU.
Scott’s 15+ year career spans multiple roles as a startup CTO and co-founder. As CTO of Shift, he oversaw the creation and growth of the company's product and engineering teams and worked alongside Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to develop their social media marketing platforms. He was also the co-founder of several different companies in the social, on-demand and productivity spaces. Scott brings deep experience in building scalable technology solutions and teams from the ground up.
He has a BS in Computer Science, with honors, from University of California, Riverside.
Alison has spent the majority of her career in growth marketing and product marketing leadership roles for Fortune 200 companies. Most recently, Alison served as a Head of Global Growth for PayPal, and prior to that, she spent 4 years at eBay in SMB seller experience and monetization roles.
She has a BS in Psychology from George Mason University, and an MBA from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
